Why book a private transfer?
- Marrakech: cars cannot enter most medina lanes; your driver knows the nearest drop-off point for your riad and the porter meets you there.
- Dakhla: the kite camps along the lagoon are 25–40 km from the airport, so a pre-booked transfer avoids waiting for a taxi with all your gear.
- Late arrivals: a fixed price at night, no negotiation in the arrivals hall.

How does a private airport transfer work?
You give your flight number and arrival time; the driver tracks the flight, waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign and drives you directly to your riad, hotel or camp at a price fixed in advance.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Because the driver follows your flight number, a normal delay is not a problem. If your flight changes completely, message us on WhatsApp with the new details.
Can I request a child seat or extra luggage space?
Yes. Add it in the notes when you book; for large groups, surf or kite gear we assign a van or minibus.
